Maori Kapa Haka Formation Freeze

Split the group into small teams and give each team a few minutes to plan a short group formation with matching poses.

Each team performs their formation together for the others, calling out a rhythmic chant to keep everyone in time.

On the final chanted beat, every performer freezes sharply in their planned pose.

Judges or the watching group score the team on how sharp, unified, and bold the freeze looked.

Rotate through all the teams and compare scores to see whose formation freeze was strongest.
