A leader calls out a short, forceful phrase paired with a strong gesture, such as a stomp or chest slap.

The whole group must respond instantly with the same phrase and gesture in unison.

The leader increases the pace and intensity with each new call.

Anyone who lags behind or mismatches the gesture sits out that round.
5
The group members still matching perfectly at the fastest pace win.
