HOW TO PLAY
1
Explain that Mangal Shobhajatra is a colorful New Year procession featuring large animal and folk masks.
2
Each player decorates a paper plate as an animal mask, then attaches a stick handle or string to hold it up.
3
Once masks are ready, line up and form a short parade, each player holding their mask and inventing a matching walk or sound.
4
March together in a loop, with the leader calling out mask themes to "introduce" as they pass.
5
Pause halfway for everyone to show off their mask design to the group.
6
Vote for the most creative mask before finishing the parade.
