MATERIALS
- Banana leaf or parchment paper squares
- Pre-portioned rice and topping items (or craft substitutes like colored paper and pompoms for a mess-free version)
- String or leaf pins
HOW TO PLAY
1
Set up a station for each team with a leaf square and a full set of ingredient portions.

The first teammate arranges the rice and toppings neatly onto the leaf in the traditional order.

They fold the leaf into a tidy parcel and pin or tie it closed before tagging the next teammate.

The next teammate starts a fresh parcel at the same station, repeating the process.
5
Judges check finished parcels for neatness and completeness, and the team with the most approved parcels wins.
