Majlis Circle

Everyone sits together in a circle, and one player begins by telling the opening line of a story.

The story passes to the next player around the circle, who must continue it with one or two new sentences that fit what came before.

Each player adds their own twist, often introducing a surprising turn or a new character to challenge the next storyteller.

If a player hesitates too long, repeats themselves, or contradicts an earlier detail, the group can call them out and pass the turn along early.

The story keeps circling until the group agrees on a satisfying ending, or until time runs out for the gathering.
