MATERIALS
- A square board marked with a symmetrical patterned track
- A set of throwing sticks or engraved dice
- Six playing pieces for each side
HOW TO PLAY
1
Each player sets up their six pieces on their own side of the board along the marked track.
2
Players take turns throwing the sticks to generate a random number, which determines how far a chosen piece may travel along the track that turn.
3
Pieces move along the path toward the center of the board, following the marked lines and turns rather than moving freely.
4
Landing a piece on a space occupied by an opponent's piece removes that opposing piece from the board.
5
Certain central spaces are contested more fiercely since controlling them restricts how the opponent's remaining pieces can move.
6
The player who first clears all of their pieces to the finishing point, or who eliminates all of the opponent's pieces, wins the game.
