Liar's Dice

Each player rolls their dice under a cup and looks only at their own hidden result.

Players take turns making a bid about how many dice of a certain value are showing across the whole table, with each new bid required to raise the previous one.

Instead of bidding, a player may challenge the last bid, calling it a bluff.

Reveal all dice; if the bid was accurate or understated, the bidder wins the challenge, otherwise the challenger wins.

The losing player removes a die from their cup for future rounds; the last player with any dice remaining wins.
