Lebanese Zaffe Drum Parade

Explain that a zaffe is a festive drumming and dancing procession that traditionally leads couples or guests of honor.

Choose one player to be the guest of honor for the round, walking at the front of the line.

Everyone else forms a line behind them, clapping and stepping to a shared beat led by the drummer.

The line snakes through the space in a loop, with players adding claps, cheers, or small dance flourishes as they go.

Every lap, a new player takes the front spot as the guest of honor.

Continue until everyone has led the parade at least once.
