Le Furet

Players sit in a circle holding a long loop of string that runs through everyone's hands, with a small ring threaded onto it.

One player stands in the center as the hunter and closes their eyes while the ring is secretly passed hand to hand around the circle.

Everyone keeps their hands sliding along the string continuously, sometimes miming a pass, so the hunter cannot tell where the ring really is.

The hunter opens their eyes and points to a player they believe is holding the ring, who must then open their hand to show whether they have it.

A correct guess makes the caught player the new hunter; a wrong guess means the ring keeps moving and the hunter tries again.
