Players pair up and stand facing their partner a few steps apart, forming two parallel lines.

Partners gently toss the ball back and forth underhand, aiming for a smooth, catchable arc.

Each successful catch, the pair takes one step backward to increase the distance.

If a ball is dropped, that pair steps forward one step and continues at the shorter distance.

Continue until one pair reaches the farthest distance still catching cleanly, winning that round.
