HOW TO PLAY
1
Divide players into two teams positioned across a large open field with a goal at each end.
2
Players use their netted sticks to scoop, cradle, pass, and shoot the ball, without touching it directly with their hands.
3
Defenders may use their sticks to check an opponent's stick and dislodge the ball, within agreed safety limits for casual play.
4
A goal is scored when a player successfully shoots the ball into the opposing team's goal.
5
Play continues to an agreed score or time limit, with teams switching ends partway through the match.
