HOW TO PLAY
1
Split into two teams and place a goal at each end of the field.
2
Use the netted head of the crosse to cradle, carry, pass, and catch the ball without touching it with your hands.
3
Advance the ball down the field through passing and running while defenders use their crosses to check and dislodge it.
4
Score a goal by shooting the ball into the opposing net past the goalkeeper.
5
Follow the agreed rules on contact, since some versions allow controlled body checking while others restrict it.
6
The team with the most goals when time expires wins the match.
