HOW TO PLAY
1
Approach the shooting line calmly and set your stance with feet a bow's width apart, facing the target.
2
Raise the bow overhead, nock the arrow, and draw the string back smoothly past your ear in one continuous, controlled motion.
3
Hold the full draw briefly, focusing on breath and posture rather than rushing the shot.
4
Release the arrow by relaxing your grip rather than snapping it forcefully, letting the bow rotate naturally in your hand.
5
Score is normally secondary to form, but for a friendly contest, count how many arrows successfully land within the target across a set number of shots.
