Gather a crowd below a balcony or raised platform, as is traditional in the town square.

A designated tosser throws handfuls of ring-shaped crackers and small fish-shaped treats down into the crowd.

Players reach up and try to catch as many crackers and treats as they can.

Any treats that fall to the ground may be scooped up as well, played in a friendly rather than rough spirit.

Keep tossing in waves until the treats run out.

Compare hauls at the end, or simply enjoy the treats caught.
