Krachtbal

Each team has three players standing on raised pedestals inside the opposing team's zone, acting as scoring targets.

The other three players on each team move around their own zone passing the ball, trying to throw it to one of their own pedestal players.

Defenders may block passes and intercept the ball but may not push or hold opposing players.

A successful catch by a pedestal player without falling off scores a point for their team.

Possession switches after every score or turnover, and the team with the most points when time expires wins.
