MATERIALS
- A padded mat or soft ground
- A measuring tape or marked distance lines
HOW TO PLAY
1
Kneel on the mat with the tops of your feet flat against the ground, sitting back on your heels.
2
Without using your hands or rocking for extra momentum, explode upward and forward from the kneeling position into a jump.
3
Land on your feet as far forward as possible while keeping your balance.
4
A jump only counts if you land standing without touching the ground with your hands or falling backward.
5
Measure the distance from the starting knee position to the landing point; the longest successful jump wins.
