MATERIALS
- A round ball
- Markers to lay out a circular field with a central zone
MEASUREMENTS
Circular field roughly 30-40 meters across with a smaller central marked zone
HOW TO PLAY
1
Mark a large circular field with several outer touch points and a small central zone.
2
One team, the attackers, tries to carry or pass the ball to touch it down in the central zone while the defending team tries to tag them.
3
A tagged attacker must immediately pass the ball to a teammate rather than continue running with it.
4
Attackers score by placing the ball in the central zone and calling out the agreed victory word.
5
The defending team can also score by intercepting the ball and carrying it to any of the outer touch points.
6
Switch attacking and defending roles after an agreed time or score, and the team with more points overall wins.
