Players sit in a circle with their hands cupped together in front of them.

One player, holding the ring secretly in cupped palms, passes their hands briefly into each seated player's cupped hands, dropping the ring into just one pair unnoticed.

After going all the way around the circle, the passer stands in the middle and challenges another player to guess who is holding the ring.

The challenged guesser has one try to name the player they believe is holding it.

If the guess is right, the guesser takes over as the next passer; if wrong, the original passer keeps their turn and tries again with a new round.
