MATERIALS
- An empty or weighted keg
- A raised crossbar or high target line
MEASUREMENTS
Crossbar starts around 8-10ft (2.5-3m) high and is raised between rounds.
HOW TO PLAY
1
Set the crossbar at the starting height across two uprights or a frame.

Each competitor squats and grips the keg by its rim with both hands.

They swing the keg back between their legs and heave it upward and over the bar in one motion.
4
A successful toss clears the bar without touching it.
5
Raise the bar after each round and eliminate anyone who fails to clear it.
6
The last competitor to successfully clear the bar wins the contest.
