Kasti (Indonesian Bat and Ball Game)

Split into a batting team and a fielding team, and mark a home base and a distant post on the field.

A player from the fielding team throws the ball toward the batter, who tries to strike it with the bat.

After hitting the ball, the batter sprints to the far post and back to home base before being tagged out.

Fielders chase the ball and try to hit a running batter with it, or catch a hit ball directly out of the air to get them out.

Each batter who completes the run safely scores a point for their team.

Teams switch batting and fielding roles after enough outs are recorded, and the higher final score after an agreed number of innings wins.
