Kai a Te Kula

Players form a circle with one player standing in the center holding the ball.

The center player tosses the ball up and calls out another player's name before it lands.

The named player must catch or retrieve the ball quickly and try to tag the center player before they can retreat to a safe spot in the circle.

If the center player is tagged in time, they remain in the center for another round; if not, the named player becomes the new center player.

The game continues with rotating center players until the group decides to stop.
