Kabaddi Circle

Split players into two teams, each occupying one half of the court.

One team sends a single raider into the opposing half, who must chant a continuous sound without pausing for breath.

The raider tries to tag as many opposing players as possible before returning to their own half.

Defenders try to grab and hold the raider within their half until the raider runs out of breath and must stop chanting.

If the raider returns safely with the chant unbroken, tagged players are out; if caught, the raider is out instead, and teams alternate raids.
