HOW TO PLAY
1

Two teams of seven take turns sending one raider into the opposing half.

2

The raider tags as many defenders as possible and returns to their own half in a single breath, chanting continuously.

3

Defenders try to tackle the raider before their breath runs out (about 30 seconds).

4

A point is scored for each defender tagged if the raider returns safely.

5

The defending team scores if they stop the raider from returning.

6

Matches run two 20-minute halves; most points wins.
