- A marked rectangular court
- No equipment beyond the field
MEASUREMENTS
Men's court: 13m x 10m. Women's court: 12m x 8m. Divided into two halves by a midline.
HOW TO PLAY
1
Two teams of seven take turns sending one raider into the opposing half.

The raider tags as many defenders as possible and returns to their own half in a single breath, chanting continuously.

Defenders try to tackle the raider before their breath runs out (about 30 seconds).
4
A point is scored for each defender tagged if the raider returns safely.
5
The defending team scores if they stop the raider from returning.
6
Matches run two 20-minute halves; most points wins.
