MATERIALS
- A bundle of thin sticks or straws (or a commercial pick-up-sticks set)
HOW TO PLAY
1
Hold the bundle of straws upright and let it fall loosely into a scattered pile.

The first player carefully removes one straw from the pile without shifting any other straw.
3
If any other straw visibly moves during the attempt, the turn ends and passes to the next player.
4
Successfully removed straws are kept in front of that player as points.
5
Continue taking turns until every straw has been claimed from the pile.
6
Whoever collected the most straws at the end wins the round.
