Hurdle and Crawl Combo Course

Set up a course alternating between low hurdles to step or hop over and a section where players must crawl or duck under a low rope.

Players take turns running the course one at a time while others watch and time them.

Knocking over a hurdle or failing to fully clear the crawl section adds a time penalty.

Each player gets a couple of attempts, keeping their fastest clean run as their score.

The player with the fastest recorded time through the full course wins.
