- Paper lanterns or lantern-shaped cutouts
- Slips of paper with riddles
- String to hang riddles from lanterns
HOW TO PLAY
1
Write a short riddle on each slip of paper and tie one to every lantern before play begins.
2
Hang or space the lanterns along a walking path indoors or outdoors.
3
Players walk the path together, stopping at each lantern to read its riddle aloud.
4
Anyone who solves the riddle correctly collects that lantern's slip as a point.
5
If nobody solves it within a short time, reveal the answer and move to the next lantern.
6
The player with the most solved riddles at the end wins.
