Huaquan (Chinese Finger-Guessing Game)

Two players face each other, each about to thrust out a hand showing zero to five fingers.

On a shared count, both players simultaneously call out a number from zero to ten and throw out their hand.

If either player's called number matches the total number of fingers shown by both hands combined, that player wins the round.

Traditionally the loser takes a drink or performs a small forfeit before the next round begins.

Players often chant a rhyming phrase before each throw to keep the rhythm and add festive noise to the game.
