- Small hay bales
- A marked throwing line
- Marked landing zones or a target platform
MEASUREMENTS
Throwing lines are typically set 10-20ft (3-6m) from the target zone, depending on bale weight.
HOW TO PLAY
1
Each competitor stands behind the marked throwing line holding a small hay bale.

The competitor tosses the bale toward the target zone using an underhand heave.
3
A toss that lands inside the target zone scores points, with bonus points for landing closer to the center marker.
4
Each competitor gets an equal number of tosses per round.
5
After all rounds are complete, the competitor with the highest total score wins.
