Hangman

One player secretly thinks of a word or phrase and draws a blank line for each letter.

Other players take turns guessing one letter at a time.

A correct guess fills in every matching blank; an incorrect guess adds one part to a simple gallows sketch.

The guessers lose if the sketch is completed before they solve the word, and win if they fill in every blank first.

Reveal the word at the end of the round and pick a new player to choose the next word.
