Hanaichimonme

Split the group into two teams that form facing lines with some distance between them.

Both lines link arms and take turns stepping forward and back while singing a call-and-response chant about wanting a particular player.

At the chant's end, each team quietly huddles to decide which single player from the other team they will name.

Both teams announce their chosen player at the same time, and the two named players face off in rock-paper-scissors.

The loser of that match joins the winner's team, and the chant repeats until one team has recruited everyone.
