Divide players into two teams standing on opposite sides of a marked center line.

Players throw the ball across the line, trying to hit opposing players below the waist.

A player hit by a direct throw crosses over to stand behind the opposing team's back line as a border guard.

Border guards can still throw the ball to hit players on their original team from behind, adding pressure from both sides.

The round ends when one team has no players left in their main area; that team loses the round.
