HOW TO PLAY

Dancers link hands or little fingers to form one long line or open circle.

A lead dancer at one end sets the step pattern: a shuffling side-step with an occasional dip or kick.

The rest of the line follows the leader's steps, keeping the chain unbroken.
4
Every so often the lead position rotates down the line so a new dancer calls the next pattern.
5
The line keeps moving and stepping until the music slows to signal the dance's end.
