Gonu (Korean Strategy Board Game)

Draw or set out the crossed-line grid board between the two players.

Take turns placing one piece at a time on an empty intersection of the grid.

Try to trap an opponent's piece between two of your own along a line to remove it from play.

Avoid leaving your own pieces exposed to the same kind of trapping move.

Continue placing and capturing pieces until one player has too few pieces left to continue or cannot make a legal move.

The player who captures more of their opponent's pieces, or leaves them unable to move, wins the game.
