MATERIALS
- A carved wooden board with two rows of pits, or holes scooped into the ground
- Small seeds or pebbles as counters
HOW TO PLAY

Distribute an equal number of seeds into every pit along both rows before starting.

On your turn, lift all the seeds from one pit on your side and sow them one by one into the pits that follow, moving around the board in the agreed direction.

If your last seed lands in an opponent's pit and brings its count to a capturing total, take all the seeds from that pit.

Look for chances to chain captures backward through several loaded pits on the opponent's side in a single turn.
5
Play continues until one side has no seeds left to sow, at which point the game ends.
6
Whoever has captured the most seeds overall is declared the winner.
