Gaborone Setswana Cattle Post Tag

Scatter several markers around the field to represent cattle posts, one fewer than the number of players.

One player is chosen as the herder and tries to tag the others.

Tagged players freeze at the nearest cattle post until a free player touches them to release them.

Players may stand safely at a post but only one player may occupy it at a time.

Swap the herder every few minutes to keep the game moving.
