MEASUREMENTS
Standard pitch: 100-110m long, 64-75m wide. Goal: 7.32m wide, 2.44m high.
HOW TO PLAY

Two teams try to score by getting the ball into the opposing goal.

Players may use any part of their body except hands and arms; only the goalkeeper may handle the ball, within their own penalty area.

The game is played in two 45-minute halves.

A goal counts when the whole ball crosses the goal line between the posts and under the bar.

The team with more goals at the end wins; ties may go to extra time or penalty kicks depending on competition rules.
