HOW TO PLAY

The offensive team huddles to call a play, then lines up across from the defense.

The quarterback hands off or throws the ball to a teammate who tries to advance it downfield.

A defender stops the ball carrier by pulling one of their flags rather than tackling.

The offense gets a limited number of plays to reach a marked line before turning the ball over.
5
Carrying or catching the ball in the far end zone scores a touchdown for the offensive team.
