MATERIALS
- Leather ball
- Net or rope set at a low height
- Marked court
MEASUREMENTS
Court roughly 50m x 20m, split by a net or rope about 2m high
HOW TO PLAY

Split into two teams of five standing on opposite halves of a court divided by a low net.

Serve the ball toward the other side by striking it with a fist or forearm over the net.

The receiving team may let the ball bounce once, then pass it among teammates using up to three touches before returning it.

Only strike the ball with a fist, forearm, or arm — open-hand contact like volleyball is not allowed.

Score a point when the ball touches the ground on the opponent's side or they fail to return it within the touch and bounce limits.

Play to a set number of points per set and win the match by taking the majority of sets.
