HOW TO PLAY
1
Players use only the flat face of their stick to pass, dribble, and shoot the ball.
2
Touching the ball with a foot, hand, or the rounded back of the stick results in a turnover.
3
Teams advance the ball downfield with short passes and dribbling past opponents.
4
A goal only counts if the shot is taken from inside the marked shooting circle.
5
Defenders may block and tackle for the ball but must not swing their stick dangerously near opponents.
6
The team with more goals at the end of the match wins.
