Ethiopian Gena Field Hockey

Split into two teams with goal markers at opposite ends of the field.

Players use their curved sticks to dribble, pass, and shoot the ball toward the opposing goal.

Keep swings low and controlled to avoid contact with other players.

A goal is scored when the ball fully crosses the opponent's goal line.

Play to an agreed number of goals or a time limit; the higher score wins.
