DIFFICULTY
SETTING

MATERIALS
- A traditional wooden fishing rowboat (trainera)
- Oars for each rower
HOW TO PLAY
1
Seat rowers in pairs along the length of the boat, with the coxswain steering and calling the stroke rhythm from the stern.
2
All rowers must pull their oars in unison, matching the coxswain's called pace to keep the boat moving efficiently.
3
At the starting signal, boats race along a marked course, often rounding a buoy before returning to the start.
4
The coxswain calls for bursts of faster rowing at key moments, such as the final stretch, to gain speed.
5
The first boat to cross the finish line wins the regatta.
