El Pañuelito (The Handkerchief Game)

Line up two teams facing each other with an equal distance from the midpoint.

Give each player on both teams a matching number so every number has one player per team.

Place the handkerchief at the midpoint and have the caller shout a number.

Have the two players holding that number race to grab the handkerchief and return to their line untagged.

Score a point for returning with the handkerchief untagged, or for tagging the runner who grabbed it.

Call numbers until everyone has gone, then tally points to find the winning team.
