Everyone else mirrors the gesture as closely as possible, staying in rhythm with the leader.

Anyone who breaks rhythm or copies the wrong movement sits out for one round.

Rotate the leader role every few gestures so new patterns keep appearing.

Keep going until only a few sharp-eyed mimics remain standing.
