Cusco Inti Raymi Sun Freeze

Players stand in a wide circle facing a leader who represents the rising sun in the center.

As the leader raises their arms slowly, the circle mirrors the motion and begins swaying and stepping in place.

When the leader suddenly drops their arms, everyone must freeze exactly where they are.

Any player who keeps moving after the drop sits down for that round.

The leader repeats the rising motion faster each round until only one player is still standing.
