HOW TO PLAY
1
Two competitors face each other and grip each other's shoulders or collar in a standing hold.
2
Each player pads their shins with straw or a soft wrap tucked under their trouser legs for safety.
3
On a signal, each player tries to kick the opponent's shins with the toe of their shoe while keeping their grip.
4
Whoever falls to the ground first, lets go of the hold, or gives up loses the bout.
5
Winners move on through a bracket until one shin-kicking champion remains.
