MATERIALS
- A long soft rope or fabric tube to represent the anaconda
- Cones marking a boundary
HOW TO PLAY
1
One team of two or three players holds the long rope together, forming the body of the anaconda.
2
The anaconda team tries to encircle and tag lone runners within the boundary by looping the rope around them.
3
A tagged runner joins the anaconda, holding onto the rope to make it longer.
4
The game continues as the anaconda grows, making it harder for remaining runners to avoid capture.
5
The last runner not caught by the anaconda wins and starts the next round as anchor.
