Cinco Marias

Scatter all five pouches on a flat surface or floor in front of the seated player.

Toss one pouch into the air, quickly pick up another from the ground, and catch the falling pouch in the same hand.

Continue through a set sequence of pickups, such as one at a time, then two at once, gradually increasing the difficulty.

A dropped pouch or a mistimed catch ends the turn and passes play to the next player.

Players who complete the full sequence without error move on to trickier variations, such as catching pouches on the back of the hand.
