Five small holes are dug in a zigzag line spaced roughly 1-2m apart across an open dirt patch.

HOW TO PLAY
1

Five small holes are dug in a winding line across the playing area, numbered in the order players must visit them.

2

Each player flicks their marble with a thumb, trying to knock it into the first hole in as few flicks as possible.

3

Once a marble lands in a hole, the player's next flick must aim for the following hole in the sequence, continuing along the course in order.

4

A player may also flick their marble to strike an opponent's marble along the way, sending it off course and forcing that opponent to lose ground.

5

Players take turns flicking their own marble once per turn, working their way through all five holes and back to the start if local rules call for a return trip.

6

The first player to complete the full course in the correct order and number of holes wins the round.
