HOW TO PLAY
1
Participants form a circle, singing and clapping along to a rhythmic beat set by a leader or musical instrument.
2
Two players enter the center of the circle and perform a flowing exchange of controlled kicks, dodges, and acrobatic movements in time with the music.
3
Movements are cooperative rather than combative, with each player responding fluidly to the other's motion instead of trying to strike them.
4
After a set time or when the pair naturally finishes their exchange, they return to the circle and two new players take the center.
5
The activity continues with pairs rotating through the center for as long as the group wishes to keep the rhythm going.
