Candle Wish Countdown

Before the candles are lit, each guest writes a short wish or well-wish for the birthday guest of honor on a small card.

Guests place their cards into a basket near the cake without revealing what they wrote.

Once the candles are blown out, the guest of honor draws and reads a few cards aloud, guessing who wrote each.

Guests can confirm or deny authorship for a laugh once a guess is made.

The guest of honor keeps all the cards as a keepsake from the celebration.
